Responsibilities

Partner with clients to deliver Workday solutions that align with their business needs across Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, or Project Management
Configure, support, and optimize Workday functionality to enhance client processes and overall system value
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, design solutions, test functionality, and support ongoing system improvements
Provide high-quality service and support to ensure successful client outcomes across both implementation and post-production projects
Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning to expand expertise and contribute to team development
Willingness to travel as needed based on client requests

Required

2+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexity
Experience with requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and testing of Workday solutions to meet client needs
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and expectations
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering client collaboration

Preferred

Current or prior Workday certification in one or more areas (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, or Project Management)
