Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget

Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders

Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists

Lead sprint (or Kanban) planning and execution, driving agile practices that foster alignment, transparency, and accountability across the team

Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines for upcoming initiatives while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies to keep delivery schedules on track

Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements

Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives

Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence

Communicate project health to executive and account management teams, highlighting business value delivered, renewal risks, and opportunities for expansion or extension

Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities
