Responsibilities

Provides exceptional service and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer
Responds to client faxes and email
Monitors Compass email box & triages as necessary
At the client’s request, performs a variety of transactions, money movement (ACH, Templated Wires); payoff requests and client registrations
Answers and resolves client questions including address changes, patronage information and eSign
Actively promotes the organization’s digital offering to enhance the client experience
Assists clients in account maintenance corrections. Investigates misapplied payments and consults with Finance as needed to understand data to assist in correcting the issue or explaining the issue to the client
Transfers incoming calls to the appropriate team member when needed
Processes all returned mail
Monitors for insurance placement and cancelations
Gathers information for the correct coverage
Performs other specialty tasks as needed to meet the needs of the organization

Required

High school diploma or GED
Client service experience, preferably in a financial institution
Strong client service and phone skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Computer skills, including MS Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, online banking applications, document management software and other related applications
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs
