Responsibilities
Serve as the principal architect and engineering lead for complex, cross-functional software initiatives
Design and implement scalable systems across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
Lead technical strategy and decision-making for core platforms, including AI integrations, enterprise automation, and internal tooling
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, code quality, and continuous learning
Evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns that align with our long-term goals
Contribute to the development of internal standards, best practices, and reusable components
Partner with AI Product Manager and other stakeholders to integrate LLMs and intelligent agents into production systems
Participate in code reviews, technical deep-dives, and hands-on development as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale
Deep expertise in system architecture, software design patterns, and modern development practices
Strong experience with web and mobile application development, including cloud-native architectures
Proven ability to lead technical strategy and mentor engineering teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Background check required
Preferred
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and experience integrating LLMs into production systems is a plus
Familiarity with product development workflows and tools such as Jira, Figma, and CI/CD pipelines
