Account Executive
GBS Group is a company that helps entrepreneurs and executives create opportunities by providing integrated business solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth entry into the US market, managing compliance, and driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, including Billing, Accounting, and Taxes, to ensure cohesive and smooth service delivery
Build and nurture long-term relationships with businesses, gaining a deep understanding of their unique goals, history, and evolving needs
Oversee and manage the company incorporation process for clients
Monitor and track crucial compliance deadlines (e.g., annual reports, federal reports) to minimize the risk of penalties
Advise clients on relevant regulatory changes and ensure appropriate actions are taken to maintain compliance
Assist in the preparation and filing of incorporation and compliance documents, ensuring all filings meet regulatory standards
Coordinate periodic check in meetings with clients
Facilitate the introduction of the Tax Accountant who will be responsible for preparing the Corporate Income Tax Return
Proactively engage with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions and compliance services
Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline procedures
Track service completion, following up with clients to confirm services were delivered as expected and within established timeframes
Anticipate and quickly address any issues or concerns that arise in service delivery, escalating them to the appropriate team as needed to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience
Educate business owners on best practices in compliance
Provide clients with access to valuable templates and relevant training materials to help them manage their company's accounting
Assist with administrative functions related to start-ups and support other departments as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field
Advanced level of English & Spanish, both written and verbal
Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong research and analytical skills
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required
