Responsibilities
Ensuring effective coordination, oversight, and management of the RSCW-4, RRSC, and PSS subcontractors
Administering janitorial and security services to ensure contractual obligations are met
Implementing the USF Total Quality Control Management and Safety Programs across all buildings involved in the project
Establishing efficient communication channels and assigning tasks to Building Managers
Collaborating with the Project Manager by providing essential documentation for certifications and licenses for each building
Coordinating the implementation of the Total Quality Management Program (TQMP) and the Quality Control Program
Aiding the Project Manager in developing and executing Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Services (OM&S) plans, policies, and procedures
Overseeing the Building Managers and Maintenance Manager in managing the technical library associated with the project
Assisting in maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and overseeing CAD documentation and purchasing and inventory systems
Managing the One Parkway Building (OPB) operational aspects
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and relaying directives to Building Managers and Maintenance Manager
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in facility operations or management fields
A minimum of seven (7) years of practical facility management and operations experience
Strong analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of PC Software
A Certificate for OSHA 10-hour General
A Certificate for 8-hour HAZWOPER
