Responsibilities
Lead and manage international tax engagements, including compliance and consulting projects, for a diverse portfolio of clients
Advise clients on cross-border transactions, global tax planning, and international compliance matters
Provide thought leadership on international tax issues and contribute to business development efforts within the Lead Tax Services group
Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities and leadership potential
Collaborate with other service lines to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
Stay current with emerging international tax regulations and communicate their implications to clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA, JD, or equivalent required
Minimum of 10 years of full time tax experience
Strong technical expertise in U.S. international tax compliance and consulting
Public accounting experience required at the Senior Manager or higher level
Demonstrated success in team leadership, talent development, and managing multiple client relationships
Proven ability to lead client engagements, drive business development, and deliver results under deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Taxation or JD/LLM preferred
Experience with IC-DISC and ASC740 preferred
