Responsibilities
Support daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and SOPs
Accurately read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, MSDSs, operating instructions, and regulatory guidelines
Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborate with team members and also work independently when required
Deliver a high level of customer service in all interactions
Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Office and SAP, for operational tasks
Maintain reliability and consistency, especially during evening shifts with independent responsibilities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Ability to understand technical and regulatory documents
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office required; SAP preferred)
Strong initiative, follow-through, and efficiency
Ability to multitask and stay organized under time constraints
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Excellent customer service orientation
Preferred
1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred but not essential
Experience working in a laboratory environment
Familiarity with SAP and laboratory-specific software systems
