Samaritan's Purse is seeking an ICT Field Systems Analyst to join their Information Technology department in North Wilkesboro. In this role, you will provide both onsite and remote IT support to international field offices, ensuring ministry staff are equipped with necessary technology tools to advance the Gospel.

Responsibilities

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

Configure, install, and troubleshoot computer hardware and related operating system software, as well as phone systems, satellite phones, and other communications hardware

Analyze the IT needs of our field offices to properly plan for both the initial network system design as well as ongoing performance monitoring and future capacity planning

Engineer various communication system solutions for the field, including design, configuration, and installation

Engineer network and system solutions for the field, including network design, configuration and installation

Provide ongoing technical support, both on-site and remotely, to all international and domestic field offices when necessary

Available to provide on-call support, as needed by management, to fulfill the department Service Level Agreement and Internal Operating Procedures

All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four (4) year college or university and three (3) or more years related experience and/or training

Thorough knowledge in one or more areas: networking principles and implementation (DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs), satellite communications (VSAT, SAT phones), computer hardware (builds, repairs, maintenance), AC/DC electrical systems, and radio communications

12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire

Fluency in English (required)

Available to provide on-call support, as needed by management, to fulfill the department Service Level Agreement and Internal Operating Procedures
