Responsibilities
Lead Audit Engagements: Manage and execute all stages of audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring all financial data is reliable and meets applicable reporting standards
Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
Grow the Practice: Work closely with firm leadership to expand our audit services and build a portfolio of new audit clients, particularly within the manufacturing, distribution, and private company sectors
Supervise and Mentor: Provide guidance and oversight to staff members, helping to develop their skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality assurance services
Provide Strategic Guidance: Use your expertise to help clients identify strengths and weaknesses in their financial reporting and internal control systems
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced in audit with a strong focus on client relationships
Significant experience in a public accounting setting, with a strong background in audit
Passionate about building and maintaining close relationships with clients and guiding their businesses toward success
Experience managing engagements, leading teams, and mentoring staff
Deep knowledge of GAAP and GAAS with the ability to apply these principles to a variety of client situations
Ready to take on a long-term leadership position with the goal of becoming a partner in 3-4 years
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
