Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-level Lean Six Sigma deployments within the IT portfolio
Ensure projects deliver measurable financial and operational benefits
Standardize best practices and tools for continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and outcomes
Build process governance frameworks that drive ongoing accountability
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions
Partner with executives to define our process excellence strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor on digital-enabled performance optimization
Deliver training and mentorship on process excellence topics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business field
Process Excellence / Six Sigma / Lean / Organizational Change Management / PMP / ITIL / Business Analyst Training / Green or Black Belt
5+ years of industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech in an information technology, business management, supply chain, or commercial operations role
5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives
5+ years of experience working in, or supporting digital strategy and transformation
Extensive experience continuously improving business processes (e.g., Lean, process excellence, value stream mapping)
Preferred
Master's degree desirable
