Responsibilities
Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and company goals
Utilizing project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday.com) to track tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports
Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Supporting Agile and Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate efficient teamwork
Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and concise communication across stakeholders, developers, and leadership
Developing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep clients and senior leadership informed of project progress
Organizing and streamlining communication channels within a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment across multiple teams
Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for optimization using data-driven insights
Creating process maps and workflow diagrams to demonstrate how proposed changes will enhance efficiency and drive better outcomes
Partnering with clients to develop scalable, sustainable solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices
Using quantitative methods and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to interpret data and identify trends that impact project success
Providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and contribute to process optimization
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be based in Washington State or Texas
Experience in project management with a background in Marketing, Operations, Finance, Data & Analytics, or similar
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
Experience utilizing project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday.com)
Conducting risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies
Experience supporting Agile and Scrum ceremonies
Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional teams
Experience developing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and presentations
Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization
Experience creating process maps and workflow diagrams
Ability to partner with clients to develop scalable, sustainable solutions
Experience using quantitative methods and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
