Assistant Professors (TT) - Biomedical Engineering - Multiple Positions

Develop creative new curricula in areas of their interest or across disciplines
Demonstrate potential for scholarly excellence and developing an externally-funded research program
Maintain an internationally recognized scholarly presence
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field or anticipate such a degree by August 31, 2026
Demonstrate potential for scholarly excellence and developing an externally-funded research program
Expected to maintain an internationally recognized scholarly presence
Expected to teach existing undergraduate and graduate courses in biomedical engineering
Expected to develop courses in their area of expertise
Preferred
Experience in areas with a strong clinical and translational focus
Commitment to mentor under-represented demographics within engineering
Candidates who have had non-traditional career paths, those who have paused their careers for family or other reasons, or who have spent time outside of academia
