Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional and corporate marketing leadership to promote firm strengths and secure new business opportunities
Represent the firm at client, industry, and community events to generate leads and enhance visibility
Maintain and report on a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
Align business development strategies with broader firm goals
Coordinate marketing materials and pursuit packages to support business development efforts
Produce RFQ submittals, presentations, and other collateral in partnership with marketing staff
Support brand awareness and regional marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the AEC industry
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential information with discretion
