Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of yourself and your team members
Responsible to adhering to production schedule by being at your machine at the start of your shift to your assigned press(s)
Able to successfully achieve daily production goal of rubber/phenolic goods
Able to maintain low scrap rate
Maintain workplace organization (5S standards)
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Can read, write and speak English
Able to work 6 days per week if needed
Flexibility to work 12 hour shift and swing shifts
Capable of lifting 50 pounds
Able to perform simple math calculations
Preferred
Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings
