Assist veterinary assistants pursuing technician credentials by providing guidance and structured training
Assess skill levels and tailor training to individual needs
Support the onboarding process for new team members
Qualification
Required
Active RVT/CVT required (preference for VTS candidates)
At least 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinary technician
Preferred
Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking preferred
