Understand our sales, onboarding, activation, adoption, customer success, retention, renewal, and collection efforts
Help our peoples see the story the data tells us and help craft and drive great strategies to outsmart the public companies we compete against
You'll be responsible for hoping all over the company and bringing ideas into reality
Qualification
Required
You're scrappy. You figure it out. You fix it. You don't wait for permission
You will need to demonstrate how you will help sales, onboarding, activation, adoption, customer success, retention, renewal, and collection leaders
