Responsibilities
Initiate conversations with our clients to provide ongoing solutions
Provide information and guidance on product features, usage, and benefits
Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, or feedback
Collections kind of but not really because we aren't threatening credit scores but ability to collect accounts receivable
Tailor communication style to meet the needs and preferences of different clients
Help support other customer service groups as needed
Qualification
Required
Active listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
Familiarity with client relationship management principles
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address issues effectively
Incredible listening and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and provide support with a customer-centric approach
Strong computer skills, job duties are performed almost 100% online
