The role involves leading the design and development of new projects, coordinating across departments, and ensuring solutions meet customer requirements at the best total cost.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of new projects in collaboration with sales, quality, and operations teams
Coordinate CAD design activities, assign tasks, and approve work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Oversee the Engineering Change Quote/Order process for assigned projects
Partner with shop floor teams to troubleshoot, test, and validate systems as needed
Provide technical support to sales and customers, helping address questions and concerns
Maintain accurate engineering folders and time tracking for all assigned work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred)
Hydraulics experience a must
5+ years of project engineering experience in a manufacturing or system integration environment
Strong CAD design proficiency (hydraulic schematics, electrical drawings, general arrangements)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
