Deliver coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in casino slot operations or equivalent training
Ability to maintain applicable gaming licenses and cards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
