Responsibilities
Onboard new hires
Coordinate drug testing
Add employees to company systems
Facilitate online trainings
I-9 documentation
Schedule off site safety training
Track and submit training hours
Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE
Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have strong communication skills
Be organized and detail oriented
Strength in professionalism and customer service
Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment
Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
Pass drug test and criminal background check
Preferred
Onboarding experience preferred
