Lead Infor M3 Consultant
Rapideagle is seeking a Lead Infor M3 Consultant for a 100% remote position. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for Infor M3 initiatives, leading requirement workshops, and overseeing various modules while managing teams and ensuring project compliance.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all Infor M3-related initiatives across business units
Lead requirement workshops with business collaborators and translate needs into functional solutions
Provide oversight across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse modules
Lead offshore and onshore teams responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing M3 solutions
Partner with solution architects, developers, and integration teams for end-to-end delivery
Develop and supervise project plans, work, and dependencies
Ensure alignment to governance, quality, and compliance standards
Support UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare post debut
Qualification
Required
10+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5+ years in Infor M3 (functional + delivery)
Solid understanding of M3 CloudSuite modules: Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing
Experience in leading ERP programs and collaborating with various parties in large enterprises
Ability to lead integration points with third-party applications (WMS, POS, Finance systems)
Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with business and IT leadership
Preferred
Prior experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries is a plus
PMP/Prince2 or Agile delivery certifications preferred
