Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Zachry Group values meaningful contributions and shared success. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service while supporting daily employment office functions, including onboarding new candidates and managing compliance-related items.

Responsibilities
Provides customer service to employment candidates that includes but not limited to assisting candidates with job application and hiring processes
Administrative duties including data entry, answering phones, taking messages, filing, etc
Performs activities, and updates requisitions as related to the hiring process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements)
Review completed hire packets for accuracy and compliance with company and legal requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Technical skill with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint , etc.)
Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System
Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication
High level of customer service
Attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years Customer Service experience
Preferred
Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
Prior experience in: Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries
