Civil Site Project Manager
Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. They are seeking a Civil Site Project Manager / Team Lead to lead complex land development projects, build client relationships, and mentor teams in their North Carolina practice.

Responsibilities
Lead site development projects from concept through final design and construction support
Manage and mentor engineers and designers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
Serve as a Seller/Doer by supporting business development, proposals, and client relationships
Coordinate closely with Senior Project Managers, Group Managers, and Division leadership
Develop site layouts, grading, hydrology, and utility designs that meet client and regulatory requirements
Drive project success through effective budget, schedule, and quality control
Play a key role in the growth of the practice, with opportunity to advance into a Group Manager role
Qualification
Required
