Responsibilities
Define and execute a multi-year IT and transformation strategy aligned with corporate growth and innovation objectives
Oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, digital platforms, and automation
Drive ITIL and agile methodologies across IT operations to ensure uptime, scalability, and security
Ensure enterprise systems are resilient, compliant, and aligned with global cybersecurity standards
Lead cultural and operational transformation efforts to embed agility, innovation, and accountability
Manage large-scale IT and transformation budgets, ensuring ROI and cost optimization
Present IT performance, transformation outcomes, and risk assessments to the CEO and Board
Lead IT and operational integration in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise strategy
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive leadership in IT strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology, with 10+ years in senior executive roles
Proven success in Fortune 500 or global-scale organizations leading IT and transformation programs
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), digital operating models, and large-scale change management
Deep understanding of data privacy, compliance frameworks, and global cybersecurity standards
Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with Board-level communication experience
Demonstrated track record of leading multi-billion-dollar IT and transformation programs with measurable outcomes
Preferred
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or MBA strongly preferred
