Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze KPIs across digital banking, account opening and other related platforms
Develop dashboards and reports to track user engagement, conversion rates, operational efficiency, and system performance
Own and maintain monthly data models used for performance tracking, operational processing and executive reporting
Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal systems and reporting tools
Conduct research on potential third-party platform integrations to enhance digital capabilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to evaluate feasibility, define requirements, and support implementation
Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to support platform enhancements and data needs
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within financial services or digital platforms
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI)
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with data modeling is a plus
