Responsibilities
Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation
Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains
Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions
Own development of a few features in every Sprint
Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production
Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks
Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications
Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10-15 years programming experience with .Net Core, C#, Angular, MS SQL
Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies
Design and implement microservices and APIs using RESTful principles
At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
At least 10 years of experience with the .Net core, C#, Angular, MS SQL
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
Collaborates with Release Managers and DevOps to define release scope, schedule, and readiness criteria
Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents
Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic-initiatives, and enable data-driven decision–making
Possess a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations and ethical considerations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Must be open to travel
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Certification in .NET or AWS are highly preferred
