Qualification
Required
Current license from the Tennessee Department of Education
Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
Must pass a background check
Preferred
NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
