Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP program management across multiple work streams
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and SAP best practices
Monitor program performance and proactively address issues to maintain schedule and budget
Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption across business units
Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
Provide strategic input on SAP architecture and integration points within the manufacturing environment
Collaborate closely with Operations teams to streamline processes, ensure system readiness, and drive operational excellence in alignment with SAP solutions
Deliver executive-level updates and reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in SAP project/program management, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules; hands-on configuration experience is a plus
Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
PMP, Agile, or SAP-related certifications are a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Preferred
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
Experience working with global teams and managing offshore delivery partners
Familiarity with S/4HANA migration or implementation is a plus
