Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, and design customized system integration solutions
Possess a deep understanding of various technologies, platforms, and protocols to facilitate smooth integration across different systems
Develop integration architecture, diagrams, and documentation to outline the proposed solutions and technical requirements
Configure and deploy integrated systems, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and security
Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any integration issues
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system integrations, including configuration settings, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Required

Active Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a System Integrator
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, and software applications
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions

Preferred

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus
