Parts Sales Representative
Lonestar Forklift, Inc. is a customer-focused material handling equipment dealership with over 30 years of proven success. They are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to provide excellent sales support to customers and maintain parts inventory, while achieving branch revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities
Sell parts products to achieve branch revenue and margin targets
Provide customers with information and solutions related to parts pricing and availability
Manage key customer accounts, communicating frequently with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer credits in a timely manner
Work closely with Parts and Service teams to organize the ordering and delivery of parts
Identify and request parts to add to branch inventory
Qualification
Required
Previous related parts work experience is strongly preferred
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A customer service mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously
Valid driver's license
