Responsibilities

Define and drive strategic initiatives to grow market share and deepen client relationships
Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus
Operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with leaders across divisions and functions to deliver unified client outcomes
Lead Americas go to market teams through clear vision, strategy and execution
Actively serve as a key leader on the SAM Leadership Team
Lead the execution of the Americas Account Management team to drive current and future product and revenue growth
Partner with Sales Leadership to define, drive and uphold expectations for sales productivity, ensuring investments align with strategic and financial goals
Provide leadership and direction to Account Management leadership team to drive aggressive revenue and retention goals
Develop and maintain an efficient, Account Management customer-focused structure aligned with organizational priorities
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent across various strategic locations
Set clear performance expectations; provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels
Represent LSEG in strategic partnerships and lead engagement with high-value clients
Manage organizational health of Account Management org structure ensuring the talent is optimally aligned to deliver the best external customer experience and drive internal talent engagement and development
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities that will help shape strategic decisions

Required

15+ years of sales and account management experience
Knowledge of financial/economic principles and markets
Experienced people leader able to role model LSEG values, foster a culture of inclusion and drive employee engagement
Strong commercial skills and growth mindset
Extensive stakeholder management capabilities and a trusted advisor
Ability to travel extensively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently and collaboratively
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
