Systems Engineer III - North Charleston
Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems. They are seeking a Systems Engineer III to plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor systems and networks, ensuring reliability, security, and system integrity.

Responsibilities
Plan, implement, upgrade, and/or monitor systems and networks to ensure reliability, security and system integrity
Integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support
Responsible for supporting various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices
Provide input and support to system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
Seven or more (7+) years of IT professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance
Three or more (3+) years of experience within any of these C4I projects: Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Information Operations (IO), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Family of Systems (FoS) and associated Mission Modules, Mission Planning and Theatre Effects (MPTE), Integrated Communications and Data System (ICADS), Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP), Distributed Operations Common Ground System – Navy (DCGS-N) FoS, Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP), Joint Tactical Terminal - Maritime (JTT-M), Automatic Identification System (AIS), Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA), and Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS) FoS
Experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance
Experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support
Contribute to overall project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with C4I projects
Experience preparing and delivering presentations/briefing and have experience being the task lead/manager
Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access
