Responsibilities
Maintain and update Python packages that underpin the team’s reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring codebases remain robust and well-documented
Use Git and GitHub to manage code repositories, track changes, and facilitate collaborative development and code review processes
Be responsible for updating and optimizing SQL and GraphQL queries to support evolving business needs and deliver accurate, timely data
Help troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to process improvements, and support the ongoing evolution of the team’s reporting infrastructure
Conduct ad hoc analyses to address operational and strategic questions, collaborating closely with colleagues across human capital and related teams
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, quantitative, or related field is required
One to three years of experience working with Python for code maintenance
Experience with SQL or GraphQL for data querying and transformation
Experience using Git and GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and code review processes
Demonstrated ability to manage operational tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver high-quality analyses in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication skills
