Responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across devices
Collaborate with product and design teams to refine user experience
Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users
Maintain design consistency and adhere to best practices in UI/UX

Required

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Information Technology, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Applied Mathematics, or related field
TS/SCI Full Poly clearance
Full U.S. Citizenship

Preferred

Experience with UI prototyping and wireframing
Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Experience with A/B testing and user research
Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js)
Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles
