Responsibilities

Lead the Fintech & Exchange Roadmap: Define and execute product strategy across integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that help fintechs and exchanges embed onchain services into their platforms

Champion the Customer: Build deep expertise in fintechs and exchanges, understanding their needs around compliance, custody, and user experience. Translate those needs into products and partnerships that deliver measurable value

Drive Adoption of Onchain Services: Launch and scale products that make it easier for enterprises to offer yield, trading, payments, and other onchain financial products to their users

Partner with the Ecosystem: Collaborate and coordinate with DeFi protocols, infra providers, custodians, and chain operators to accelerate ecosystem growth

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, BD, design, and marketing to bring new products from concept to launch and iterate quickly

Required

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges

Direct experience with onchain/DeFi products is a strong plus

Strong ability to engage with enterprise partners, uncover pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements

Comfortable working across custody, wallet infra, and protocol integrations to inform product decisions

Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics (e.g., trading, lending, payments) or exchange infrastructure

Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and rapidly developing regulatory landscape

Excellent written and verbal skills; able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Belief that blockchains can make financial services more open, efficient, and accessible to anyone
