Responsibilities
Conduct financial modeling and credit analysis to support underwriting of ABL and middle market transactions
Assist in structuring deals and preparing credit memos for review by senior underwriters
Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing risk assessment
Collaborate with directors and other team members on deal execution and client due diligence
Support the preparation of internal reporting, documentation, and compliance materials
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in credit analysis, private credit, middle market lending, or specialty finance
Bachelor's degree qualified, ideally in finance
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
