They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to provide inbound customer service support, assist with account issues, and deliver accurate service while meeting performance benchmarks.
Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries
Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support
Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks
Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards
Qualification
Required
Must have a computer with following:
Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM
Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
USB headset with phone-quality audio
Hardwired keyboard and mouse
Smartphone for security verification
Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs
