Responsibilities
Drive innovation by experimenting with new methodologies and harnessing the power of LLMs to develop groundbreaking features for our AI assistants
Lead ideas from concept to reality—crafting prototypes, engineering robust code, and ensuring impactful deployment
Collaborate closely with visionary engineers, product managers, technical program managers, and other key stakeholders across North America and Europe
Tackle real business and user challenges from various industries—then architect scalable, generalized solutions that will shape the foundation of our AI systems
Qualification
Required
You have at least 8 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or relevant field, or at least 6 years of professional experience with a Master's degree
You have deep expertise in AI/ML or a closely related discipline, with a proven record of delivering impactful solutions
You bring hands-on experience with a variety of agentic frameworks and techniques such as LangGraph, RAG, DSPy, and BAML in implementing AI-driven systems within diverse, global teams
Preferred
You thrive as an independent, proactive contributor, driving initiatives forward and exceeding goals with minimal supervision
You are passionate about mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and uplifting your teammates
