Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of high-performing analysts and managers across Marketing and Growth Product Analytics
Serve in an experimentation leadership role within Chime, applying your expertise of A/B testing to mentor analysts and product managers as well as grow an experimentation culture within Chime
Guide experimentation strategy and implementation across the member growth funnel—from landing page to sign-up to early engagement to retention
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape growth roadmaps and optimize member acquisition and activation
Translate complex data into compelling, actionable narratives for senior leadership and executives across Chime
Establish performance metrics and refine dashboards that provide clear visibility into business and campaign performance
Help shape the overall Analytics strategy and culture as a senior leader within the broader Analytics organization
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 8 years in a people leadership role managing managers and senior individual contributors
Deep expertise in growth analytics coupled with a bias toward action
Strong fluency in experimental design and statistical methods; comfort with SQL and modern analytics tools (e.g., dbt, Looker, Python/R)
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and influence without authority in a high-growth environment
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and data visualization
Experience scaling and mentoring analytics teams with a focus on growth, analytical rigor, innovation, and impact
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
