Responsibilities

Own end-to-end email marketing strategy, including segmentation, content development, testing, deployment, and performance analysis

Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and cart recovery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, UX) to align email efforts with broader business goals

Manage multi-brand email programs for non-P&C, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple audiences

Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution

Update audience lists, ensure list hygiene for optimal deliverability and performance, and resolve issues promptly

Maintain distribution calendars and coordinate with social content to support email initiatives

Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations

Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends, tools and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness
