Qualification
Required
Spanish/English Bi-lingual
Effective customer service, communication and skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a production driven environment
Ability to learn and adhere to all state and federal laws
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
Need to be detailed oriented and be able to work in fast-paced environment
Need to be able to utilize the computer and internet to skip trace and gather information
Ability to negotiate and build confidence to resolve accounts
Ability to work Evenings until 6pm
