Responsibilities
Lead underwriting for ABL transactions in consumer brands, primarily sponsor-backed companies
Structure, analyze, and recommend credit solutions for deals ranging from $10MM–$50MM
Manage multiple deals simultaneously, aiming for efficient execution and a quick turnaround
Provide insight and recommendations on portfolio strategy and risk management
Support the growth of the underwriting team, mentoring analysts as the team expands toward year-end
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree qualified
7+ years of experience in credit underwriting, private credit, or middle market lending, preferably with ABL exposure
Track record structuring and executing middle market transactions
Experience with consumer brands and sponsor-backed companies is a strong plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and independent judgment skills
