Responsibilities
Building and maintaining our entire cloud infrastructure
Ensuring services are scalable and operating reliably
Using tools like Pulumi and Terraform to manage resources across AWS, GCP, and Azure
Working closely with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ClickHouse, and Honeycomb
Acting as a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers
Qualification
Required
You're an experienced engineer. You have 3+ years of experience working as a Platform, SRE, or DevOps Engineer
You're a cloud expert. You have hands-on experience building and maintaining infrastructure in at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure). You're also experienced with using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi to manage cloud resources
You have strong programming skills. You're proficient in at least one programming language like Python, Go, or Rust. And this is not just scripting — you've actually built services using these languages
You care about reliability. You have experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb, or ClickHouse and you're comfortable with building monitoring pipelines, dashboards, and alerts
You're a great communicator. You have excellent communication skills and you're comfortable working directly with customers to help them deploy and manage software in their environments
Preferred
You enjoy working across the full lifecycle — from building greenfield systems to improving and maintaining existing ones
You thrive in collaborative environments and get energy from working closely with other engineering teams and external customers
You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping into areas outside of narrowly defined responsibilities
You're excited about AI and automation — building and working with AI agents is a core part of how we operate
You prefer fast-moving, dynamic environments where priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the challenge
You're comfortable taking ownership of production systems and participating in on-call rotations
You see value in working across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and want to deepen your expertise in multi-cloud infrastructure
