Responsibilities
Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels

Support Collaboration: Work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met without delays
Ensure Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and implement safe working practices
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
2+ years in management within the Restoration or Construction Field, with at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
Valid Driver's License and successful completion of a background check
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and handle cleaning agents
Leadership, multitasking, detail-oriented, and proficiency in relevant computer applications like Xactimate
