Responsibilities
Deliver patient counseling via telehealth
Conduct medication reviews for complex therapies
Conduct follow up using ZorroRX software
Review and optimize medication therapy for clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness
Report to ZorroRX Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with Hoboken Medical Center's pharmacy team on daily operations and assigned projects
Contribute to scaling cost containment programs across health plan clients
Qualification
Required
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited program
Active pharmacy license in applicable state(s)
Strong clinical knowledge base including pharmacokinetics, dosing, and specialty therapies
Experience with high-cost medications and specialty pharmacy preferred
Startup mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environment
Preferred
Hospital pharmacy experience (1+ years)
Pharmacy residency training
Experience with pharmacy benefit management or cost containment
