They are seeking a part-time Business Development Manager who will be responsible for referring new clients to obtain mortgages and making business development calls with potential referral partners.

Make business development calls with potential referral partners
Refer volume from sources outside of the real estate brokerage where the employee holds their dual employment
Attend/host networking events on behalf of Go Mortgage
Attend trainings specific to BDM role
Complete BSA/AML training
Must adhere to all regulations and guidelines established for the role
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Should be a licensed Real Estate Agent and currently employed as a registered Broker
Valid Drivers License
Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other technology
