Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical liaison for distributors in the MD/VA/DE territory
Drive distribution sales strategy and implement enablement programs that deliver revenue growth
Identify and close business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners
Provide technical demonstrations and application support to distributors and end users
Represent the company at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings
Manage complex sales cycles and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred (or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree in test and measurement and distribution)
5-8 years of experience in technical sales and distributor/channel management in the test and measurement sector
Deep knowledge of test equipment and the regional distribution landscape in MD and VA
Proven track record of growing sales via distributor channels and end-user engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to operate independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
