Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between Sales, Engineering and Product Management to ensure alignment of product strategy with customer needs

Participate in strategic sales discussions, contributing technical and commercial insights to support proposal development

Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer use-cases and product requirements to inform portfolio decisions

Conduct competitive and technical analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

Provide technical support during customer meetings and assist in crafting tailored proposals

Develop impactful sales tools, training materials, and presentations to empower the sales team

Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials and technical documentation for the North American Market

Work closely with the product marketing team to develop engaging educational and digital content tailored for our customers and partners

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or comparable technical field of study, business combined with engineering
