Responsibilities

Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for assigned market segment (territory, sector, defined customers, or product line)

Contribute to the budget planning process and develop personal revenue forecasts and customer prospects

Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications, technical options, and variants

Analyze market trends and report on relevant technologies, customer needs, and competitor activities

Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships; establish boundaries for acquisition and negotiation in line with VLS (Value, Limits, Strengths)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product management, engineering, and finance) to align sales activities and share market insights

Prepare, conduct, and close sales negotiations, including agreements on products, quantities, and pricing terms

Monitor, track, and report on sales performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
